Nothing Goes to Waste

Nothing goes to waste, not even the spent grain. We'll take this back to the farm to supplement the cattle diet.

Recycled Water

Waste water is cleaned by a wildlife-friendly reed bed system that helps to sustain a lake in our orchard.

Fuelling our Brewery & Distillery

Wood harvested on the estate that is not of sufficient quality turn into e.g. furniture or fence posts is chipped and feeds our biomass boiler which in turn provides hot water and steam for our brewing and distilling processes.

Solar Energy

Since installing our 268 solar panels we saved in excess of 62890.29Kg of CO2 emissions to the equivalent of planting 3805 trees.
