Ramsbury Events was founded to provide coverage for event organisers who wanted a professional and modern solution for bars at their events. We have invested heavily in equipment, from temperature controlled lorries with built in cellar equipment to ensure the perfect pint, to modern bright bar units capable of serving customers at lightning speeds.

We are very proud to be the first in the UK to use the ReverseTap system, which allows us to serve 2 pints with special cups in 5 seconds flat. We can use these machines to power through queues and ensure maximum profit for event organisers.

Not only do we have self-contained mobile bar units, but we can also bespoke build 4ft - 250ft bars fully equipped with tills and dispense equipment. Ideal for marquees or other indoor venues.

Looking for a caterer? No worries, we've got you covered. We have a selection of food catering units available, offering options such as Ramsbury venison & pork burgers, sourdough pizza, salt beef, pulled pork, loaded fries, fish & chips, curries, noodles, crepes and much more!

EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We have been actively involved in the management of events for over 40 years, and we are able to assist any organiser in any management services they may need. We have worked with organisers to manage traffic in and out of the event, parking and staff areas, back stage management and organisation, stall and trader management, road signage and many other services.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED STORAGE

As a mobile catering company, we have our own specialist transport and storage equipment, from chest freezers and bottle fridges to our 18 tonne dual climate refrigerated lorry which can store products down to -20c. We also have vehicles equipped to act as cellars for bar equipment which can be easily moved anywhere needed. We can transport and store your temperature sensitive stock and equipment anywhere in the country.
